This form is absolutely crucial because it provides us with essential information about your family, lifestyle, and preferences regarding gender, coat type, and timing. It allows us to ethically and thoughtfully match each unique puppy to the most suitable forever home, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone involved. We review all applications and use the wishlist details to guide our future breeding plans and to contact applicants when a suitable litter is on the way.

To reserve a puppy once your application is approved, a $500 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind or your personal circumstances change, as it secures your spot on our list and covers the administrative costs of our thoughtful matching process. The final price includes our commitment to ethical practices and exceptional early care, and covers: a 3-year Health Guarantee; the puppy's first vaccination; and all age-appropriate worming treatments completed before they leave our home. The remaining balance of $4000 is due 48 hours prior to the arranged collection of your puppy.

Our puppy selection process is rooted entirely in ensuring a lifetime of happiness for both the puppy and your family, which means temperament always comes first. While we appreciate preferences regarding coat type and colour, these considerations are secondary to finding the perfect personality match. We conduct rigorous temperament testing around seven weeks of age, as placing a shy, sensitive puppy into a very busy, high-energy household, for example, would be unfair to the dog and lead to an unhappy life for all. Our careful matching process avoids these mismatches. If, after our comprehensive evaluation and discussion with you, we determine that we cannot make a truly suitable temperament match for your family from the current litter, we will offer you the choice to either roll your deposit over to the next available litter or receive a full refund. Your peace of mind and the puppy's well-being are paramount.

We prioritize the long-term health and optimal development of every GingerBred puppy, which is why we do not perform early desexing before they go home. Current research strongly suggests that the natural hormones present during a puppy's critical growth phases play an essential role in the proper development of their bones, joints, and immune system. Instead, we use a SpaySecure Contract. This commitment is built on trust, ensuring that your puppy remains intact until they reach the age recommended by their vet (typically between 6-12 months, depending on the pup and the latest science). This approach supports your Labradoodle's best physical outcome, and we are happy to discuss the research and reasoning behind this policy further with you!

Welcoming a GingerBred Labradoodle, no matter the distance, should be an exciting and stress-free experience! For our families living interstate or overseas, we work exclusively with trusted, professional, and accredited pet transport companies. These specialist partners handle all the complex logistics, from coordinating the safest and most direct air or road routes to ensuring all necessary health checks, travel crates (IATA compliant), and complex national or international paperwork are completely in order. While the cost is the responsibility of the new family, we manage the initial arrangements and liaise directly with the transporter to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and safe journey for your new puppy right from our door to yours.

Our primary commitment is the lifetime well-being of every GingerBred puppy. For this reason, our refund policy is designed to be fair, ethical, and transparent, while respecting the significant time and care invested in each litter.

• Deposit Refund: The initial deposit to reserve a puppy is non-refundable if the cancellation is due to a change of mind or personal circumstances. However, if we are unable to provide you with a puppy from the current or next mutually agreed-upon litter (e.g., due to unforeseen low litter numbers or gender availability), your deposit will be fully refunded.

• Health Guarantee Refund: In the event your puppy is found to have a severe or life-limiting congenital health defect covered under our 2-Year Health Guarantee, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement puppy (your choice), provided the conditions outlined in our written contract are met (including supporting veterinary documentation).

• Lifetime Rehoming: Should your personal circumstances ever change and you can no longer keep your dog, we have an unconditional lifetime rehoming commitment. We insist that the dog be returned to us so we can find a suitable, loving home—we will never allow a GingerBred dog to end up in a shelter or pound. In this instance, as we are taking the dog back to be rehomed, there is no cash refund of the purchase price.
